At Mümi Dolls, we are committed to shipping your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:

• Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days
• Free on orders of $49 or more
• $4.90 for orders from 0–5 lb
• $19.90 for orders from 5–70 lb

• Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days
• $6.90 for orders from 0–1 lb
• $9.90 for orders from 1–5 lb

International Shipping

International shipping may be available at checkout for select destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and carrier availability.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unexpected delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Mümi Dolls is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Mümi Dolls is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
