Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders of $49 or more within the United States.

What is your return policy? Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, worn, or washed items. We only accept returns or replacements if you received the wrong item, a damaged item, or a product with a manufacturing defect. Please contact us within 15 days of delivery at hello@mumidolls.com.
