At Mümi Dolls, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please review our return policy below.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, underwear, panties, boxers, bras, and sets cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been opened, worn, washed, or used.
We only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
• You received the wrong item
• Your item arrived damaged
• Your item has a manufacturing defect
How to Request Help
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at hello@mumidolls.com.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
Please do not send any item back without contacting us first and receiving approval.
Approval
If your request is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:
• A replacement item, if available
• Store credit
• A refund to the original payment method
Refund Timing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
Final Sale
Items marked as Final Sale and gift cards are non-returnable.
